We have been training forklift truck operators for many years. The course has been designed for individuals who need to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to obtain NSW Workcover OH&S Certification as a fork lift truck operator issued in accordance with the National Competency Standards.

Assessment |
An accredited Work Cover assessor will conduct an assessment of the student's competency at the end of the course. An interim licence will be issued on the day, which is valid until the photo licence is issued by Workcover. |
Forklift training courses can be conducted at our premises at Homebush Bay, Sydney, or they can be conducted at your premises, providing WorkCover requirements are met.

DEPOSIT |
All bookings require a deposit. Companies are able to secure bookings by sending a Purchase Order or Authority to Pay. Private clients can secure their booking with Credit Card details or by Direct Deposit to our bank account. The booking fee is deducted from the total course cost, or retained as a Cancellation Fee if clients fail to show without adequate notice - usually 48 hours for training and 72 hours for Final Assessment. |

- Course costs are based on individual training and assessment, and can be negotiated for small groups.
- The Fork Lift Course is generally conducted over three days for novice operators, but this can be modified for experienced operators.
- Refresher courses are available, and provide an opportunity for companies to meet OH &S requirements
- Our success rate is excellent, as we provide indvidual training, or when requested, group size is limited to four.
Days 1 and 2 consist of training in all course components - theory and practical, including the required pre-assessments. Each training day is run for 4 - 6 hours and are scheduled approximately 3-7 working days apart. Click on this link to download a copy of the Workcover Assessment Tool.
Day 3 is the Licence Assessment is conducted by a WorkCover-accredited Assessor and is booked only when competency in theory and practical elements are reached. The operator is also issued with a Statement of Attainment which is recognised by the Australian Qualifications Framwork and is issued under authority of the NSW Vocational Education and Training Act 2005.
A $65.00 WorkCover Authority Licence Fee is payable at any Australia Post Office when the Assessment is completed and operator deemed competent. The Licence also requires two passport photos to accompany the fee and completed paperwork.
Please Note: A reassessment fee of $240.00 is charged if the operator is deemed Not Competent by the Assessor and is required to resit the Assessment.
72 hours notice to cancel must be provided when the Final Assessment has been booked.
